For 356 days of the year he’s a Bristol-based dad of two dividing his time between working for the NHS and running freelance communication and audio businesses. For the other nine he’s here at Worthy FM alongside the rest of the crew for what will be only his third Glastonbury Festival.

He loves getting properly stuck in, finding that favourite new band/artist somewhere out there, and generally being led astray by co-presenters who should know better.
